On reading things twice
Written in October
Most of the books I return to are not the ones I liked most the first time. They are the ones that left a question behind. This journal is where I keep those questions, along with the sentences that made me stop and put the book down for a minute.
"We do not remember days, we remember moments."
Nothing here is a review. There are no stars and no recommendations, only notes I would otherwise lose in the margins of borrowed copies.
